Specialised Dance Programme

DANCE 4 CONFIDENCE (D4C) is a specialised Movement Programme that has been developed using research in Dance and Psychology. This is a seven-session programme which guides each person to explore their holistic wellness using different aspects of dance.

In the previous programme, Moving Thru Dance, people felt that dance increased their self-esteem, which also improves confidence. Confidence, in return, improves academic or job performance. In addition, this is a fun environment in which you can express yourselves.
